No, you can walk into our office (4033 Tongass Avenue. Suite 200) and drop off a device to be serviced. It will be completed in the order of devices received and its completion is contingent upon technician availability. If you need it completed by a certain time, please call and schedule a specific time slot. 

Due to short staffing and cost of repairs we have paused our servicing of iPhones, iPads, and other mobile devices.

Yes and no. This depends on the type of repair needed, if we have the necessary parts in stock, and schedule availability.  We’ll inform you once we have completed the diagnosis whether same-day service is possible.

Due to the wide variety in technology it is difficult to give an exact price per instance, but a good place to start is that our hourly service rate is $130.00. 

Yes, we do! We do not keep any in stock as it is difficult to pair a random computer with a person.  The best way is to figure out what technology needs you have, then design and order the right computer for you.  It will save you time and money!
